Ben is the founder and President of Appraisals Plus Group. He has over thirty years of experience in the assessing field. His experience ranges from working in equalization, city assessing departments, and serving as assessor of record for various townships. He has also overseen several township reappraisals.

Heather has over 20 years of experience in the assessing field. She also works as a township clerk and a zoning official which gives her a vast knowledge of how a township operates.

Kevin had over 10 years of experience in the construction field before moving into assessing, of which from 2005 to present as a Licensed General Contractor. He joined the firm in 2010, prior to which he worked with county equalization and is now the assessor of record for various townships.
